The Freeman Central – DEXUS Warehouses at Richlands, QLD, has set a new benchmark for industrial development in Brisbane, providing an exclusive accommodation opportunity in an established industrial precinct just 16km south west of the Brisbane CBD.
This extensive facility was developed with flexibility at the forefront, and the lighting scheme is no exception. With DALI highbays installed, the warehouse area lighting solution can be controlled and adjusted remotely via DALI protocol. The Pierlux DALI highbay has been tested in Australia to Australian conditions, operating from -25o to 50oc and with an IP65 rating, making it ideal for this type of setting.
Pierlite battens and Domain area lights feature across additional areas of the facility, and Pierlux Eco Panels and Colour Select Downlights illuminate the office areas, bringing added flexibility with the lighting temperatures able to be adjusted to suit the tenants if need be. The Pierlite team worked alongside the team at McVeigh, Haines Electrical and Haymans Morayfield to provide this state of the art facility with flexible and adaptable lighting schemes that will last the test of time
